1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of Worker Match as a support worker or practitioner. By creating a profile or connecting with a provider, you agree to them.

2. What Worker Match is

Worker Match is an introduction service. It helps support workers and practitioners be discovered by care providers who are looking for people to work with.

We are not your employer or agency, and we do not arrange, supervise, pay for, or guarantee any work. Any working arrangement is directly between you and the provider.

3. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to work in Australia.

You are responsible for holding the checks, clearances, and qualifications required for the work you take on — for example NDIS Worker Screening, a Working with Children Check, first aid, or professional registration where these apply. You must keep them current.

4. Your profile

The information you put in your profile must be true, accurate, and your own. Keep it up to date.

By listing a profile you agree that we can show it to providers on the platform so they can decide whether to reach out to you.

5. Connections and work

A connection is only an introduction. It is not an offer of work, and nothing here guarantees you will be hired or paid.

You are responsible for your own tax, insurance, superannuation, and for confirming the arrangement (hours, pay, and type of engagement) directly with the provider.

6. Your conduct

Be professional, honest, and lawful when you use the platform and when you contact or work with providers.

Do not misrepresent your skills or qualifications, and do not use the platform to harass, mislead, or harm anyone.

7. Privacy

We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy. Your profile details are shown to providers so they can consider connecting with you.

8. Fees

Listing your profile and connecting with providers through Worker Match is free for support workers and practitioners.

9. Our responsibility

Because Worker Match is only an introduction service, we are not responsible for the conduct of providers, the accuracy of their information, or the outcome of any work arrangement. We provide the platform on an “as is” basis to the extent the law allows.

10. Suspending or removing profiles

We may suspend or remove a profile that breaks these terms, is inaccurate, or is reported for misconduct. You can remove your profile at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make an important change, we'll make the updated terms available here.
