Worker Match lets you browse support workers and practitioners who are looking for work, filter to the days and location you need, reach out, and track every connection through to hire.

How Worker Match works

    Browse workers

    Open Worker Match to browse support workers and practitioners who have listed themselves as looking for work. Swipe through the deck or search the directory.

    Filter to fit your shifts

    Filter by the days you need covered and the location, so you only see people who can actually work the shifts you're trying to fill.

  3. 3

    Reach out

    When you find someone suitable, reach out. They appear in your My Connections list under “Reached out” so you can keep track of everyone you've contacted.

  4. 4

    Match & hire

    When a worker accepts, you're matched and can talk about the work. Once you take them on, mark them as hired — they move to “Working with you”.

  • ✓A connection is an introduction — you make your own hiring decisions and arrangements.
  • ✓You're responsible for your own checks (screening, work rights, qualifications) before engaging anyone.

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of Worker Match as a care provider. By browsing workers or reaching out through the platform, you agree to them.

2. What Worker Match is

Worker Match is an introduction service. It helps you discover support workers and practitioners who are looking for work.

It is not a labour-hire or employment agency. We do not employ, supply, supervise, or vouch for any worker. Any engagement is made directly between you and the worker.

3. Your responsibilities

Before engaging anyone, you are responsible for your own due diligence — verifying identity, work rights, qualifications, references, and any required clearances such as NDIS Worker Screening or a police check.

You remain responsible for meeting your obligations as a provider and employer, including under NDIS Practice Standards and applicable employment and work health and safety laws.

4. Engagement and payment

All terms of engagement — hours, pay, superannuation, insurance, and the type of engagement (employee or contractor) — are agreed and managed directly between you and the worker.

We are not a party to that arrangement and do not process pay between you and workers you meet through Worker Match.

5. Acceptable use

Keep your business details accurate and contact workers respectfully and professionally.

Do not misuse the platform to harass workers, misrepresent your organisation, or contact people for anything other than genuine work.

6. Worker information and privacy

Worker profiles are shown to help you decide whether to connect. Use that information only to consider and arrange genuine work.

Handle any personal information you receive in line with the Privacy Act and your own privacy obligations. Our own handling of data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Fees

Browsing and connecting through Worker Match is included in your subscription unless your plan states otherwise.

8. Our responsibility

Because Worker Match is only an introduction service, we are not responsible for a worker's conduct, the accuracy of their profile, their suitability, or the outcome of any engagement. You make your own hiring decisions. We provide the platform on an “as is” basis to the extent the law allows.

9. Suspending or removing access

We may suspend or remove access that breaks these terms, misuses worker information, or is reported for misconduct.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make an important change, we'll make the updated terms available here.
